Fenwick Software’s Trade Counter Sales module is a fully integrated add-on for Microsoft Dynamics NAV that provides an efficient means of transacting with customers over the counter using cash drawers.

Trade Counter Sales gives you control over your cash drawers. An unlimited number of cash drawers can be opened for each and every location of your business. You can see the current balance of each cash drawer at any moment of the day. You can even prevent a cash drawer from being available for use. And when a sale or credit is made, the full power of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is available at your fingertips.

Not all Trade Counter Sales transactions need to be completed immediately. Sales staff are free to attend to customers’ requirements whilst others can use the cash drawer in the meantime. Sales staff can use the system as a waiter’s station, adding items to an order and completing the transaction only when required.

Trade Counter Sales integrates seamlessly with barcode scanning devices; no more miss-keying item numbers. It even handles multiple bar code numbers for a single item.
An unlimited number of payment methods
Trade Counter Sales allows your account customers to pay by cash, your cash customers to pay by credit card or any combination you like. It even ensures that some customers settle their account before they walk out the door.
Depending on the type of payment method, different documentation may be printed. For example, account customers might get an A4 sized invoice and cash customers might get a sales docket.
Easy Reconciliation
Cash drawers are easily and efficiently reconciled using printed reports. You can run these reports at any time, for any day or range of days. Of course screen based drill-down enquiries of the cash drawers’ balances are available at any time.
Floats, withdrawals, change required etc. are standard.
